It’s the holiday season again! As we reflect on the past year, it has meant so much to us to see worry and fear turn to hope. Thank you for your ongoing support.
We were fortunate to see our business grow over 2021, and to see our customers’ volumes rise along with the market. We’re optimistic as we look forward to 2022.
This year, we were honoured to be recognized by Great Place to Work® again on their lists of Best Workplaces, Best Workplaces in Ontario and Best Workplaces for Women. FCT also won the award for Customer Centricity in B2B at the North American CX Awards this year. These awards reflect the dedication of our whole team, and encourage us to reach even farther next year.
We were able to do more in our continued support of our community partners fighting youth homelessness this year. Together with our employees through Hockey Helps the Homeless, FCT donated $72,000—we are so proud of this accomplishment!
