FCT Renew™
Simplify debtor self-service with FCT RenewTM
FCT RenewTM helps Licensed Insolvency Trustees give debtors convenient access to payment information and routine insolvency information through a digital experience connected with Ascend.
For a limited time, eligible trustee firms can try FCT RenewTM Lite free until December 31, 2026 (“the Trial Period”).
Give debtors more visibility into their payment plan
Routine payment and status questions can take valuable time away from work that requires direct staff support.
FCT RenewTM gives debtors a dedicated place to check key information about their payment plan. Instead of relying on your team for every routine update, debtors can access information when they need it.
This can help your team spend less time responding to common inquiries while giving debtors a clearer view of their payment obligations.

What this means for your practice
Fewer routine information requests
Giving debtors direct access to payment information and FAQs can help reduce repetitive questions to your team.
More capacity for higher-value work
Self-service can give staff more time to focus on client needs that require direct support, judgement, or follow-up.
A clearer debtor experience
Easy access to payment details and routine guidance can help debtors stay informed throughout their insolvency filing.
A simpler digital touchpoint
FCT RenewTM gives debtors one place to access key information without requiring them to navigate multiple channels.
How access works
Access to FCT RenewTM begins with the trustee firm.
The trustee provides the debtor with the information needed to access the service. Debtors cannot independently register.
Once access is provided, debtors can use the available self-service features for the duration of their insolvency, provided they are signed up by December 31, 2026.
FCT RenewTM is available in English and French.
