We're excited to announce that Promeric Technologies, a trusted division of FCT for many years, has officially become part of the FCT brand. Through this transition, the Promeric brand has been retired, and operations will continue under the FCT name. You’ll now enjoy a fresh, new look for our solutions for trustees, and a more streamlined online experience.

FCT has been proud to offer best-in-class solutions for trustees through Promeric since 2010. This is a natural transition that will let us serve you and the trustee community even better, by providing you with more efficiency, greater support and insights for your business, powered by a big-picture perspective.
No. Your and your clients’ privacy matters to us, and we’ve always maintained strict separation between our solutions for trustees and our solutions for recovery professionals. That hasn’t changed with this transition.
No. Any bookmarks you have to Promeric pages and portals will continue to work. You'll be able to use your existing credentials to access your Promeric trustee account, but they may not auto-populate during the login process. You may need to manually enter them to access your account. The online ordering process will stay the same, but the appearance of the portals has been updated to reflect FCT's branding.
Your saved bookmarks still work. The website has been updated, but your bookmarks automatically redirect to the FCT version of the site, giving you uninterrupted access to the pages you use most often.
You’ll get a more streamlined and efficient experience with the tools and service you trust, with the same dedicated operations team you know.
