Client ID Verification combines FCT’s in-house expertise with Bluink’s technology to enhance fraud detection and prevention
OAKVILLE, November 16, 2023 – FCT, the leading national service provider in real estate technology and title insurance, today announced the introduction of Client ID Verification, its identity verification tool for legal professionals.
Client ID Verification leverages the eID-MeTM application developed by Bluink, which was built to meet the stringent Canadian identity verification standards. It utilizes biometric face-match technology and assesses government-issued identification documents while checking against a variety of datapoints, including credit bureau and mobile device account verification, driving compliance with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada’s requirements on every transaction.
