OAKVILLE, July 2, 2024 – FCT, the leading national service provider in real estate technology and title insurance, today announced the promotion of Rob V. Budhwa to the role of vice president of legal and compliance.
In his new role, Budhwa will oversee all legal matters for FCT, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, privacy, claims, underwriting, intellectual property, and litigation. He will also be responsible for leading the legal team and advising executive leadership. Budhwa brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in corporate law, compliance, and governance to the role.
