Welcoming our 2026 summer students

On May 4, 2026, FCT welcomed 27 summer students to our Oakville and Quebec offices, marking the start of a new season of learning, collaboration, and growth.

The day began with an orientation designed to help students get to know FCT—who we are, how we work, and what we value. From the start, the focus was on creating a welcoming environment where students could feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and building connections.

Throughout the morning, business leaders shared insights into our company culture and what it means to be part of FCT. Sessions explored topics such as networking, building relationships, and developing a personal brand—practical skills that support both professional growth and day-to-day success.

Students also heard directly from team members across the business, who shared their experiences and perspectives on working at FCT. These conversations helped bring our story to life and offered a closer look at how different teams contribute to the work we do.

A meet-and-greet lunch with executives and senior leaders gave students the opportunity to connect in a more informal setting, ask questions, and continue building relationships across the organization.

We appreciate the energy, curiosity, and fresh perspectives our summer students bring. Over the coming months, we look forward to learning from each other and supporting their development as they gain hands-on experience across the business.
