FCT Employees Take Executive Team to Industry Recognition of Their Impact With Over 90 per cent Support, Showing why FCT is a Great Place to Work

FCT’s corporate culture recently went on full display with the announcement from the Great Place To Work Institute® naming it is one of the Best Workplaces with Most Trusted Executive Teams™. This is the second year in a row that FCT has been recognized for the trust and confidence its employees have in their executive team, and reflects the company’s commitment to its culture.

The recognition is based on anonymous surveys of FCT employees, which showed that over 90% of respondents have “a great deal of confidence in their executive team’s judgement,” according to Great Place To Work’s findings.
