FCT recognized as one of the 2026 Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion

Creating an inclusive workplace is about more than policies or programs. It is about fostering an environment where people feel respected, valued, and able to contribute as their authentic selves every day.

That commitment has been recognized once again, with FCT being named one of the 2026 Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion by Great Place to Work®.

The recognition is based on confidential employee feedback collected from hundreds of organizations across Canada. To be recognized, organizations must demonstrate consistently high levels of trust, fairness, and inclusion, with at least 90 per cent of employees agreeing that people are treated fairly regardless of their gender, race, age, or sexual orientation.

At FCT, inclusion is strengthened through the everyday actions of employees across the organization. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help bring that commitment to life by creating opportunities for employees to connect, learn from one another, and build meaningful relationships. Groups such as Mosaic celebrate diversity and foster understanding across cultures, Pride Plus supports LGBTQ+ employees and allies, Thrive promotes mental health and well-being, Black Excellence (BE) champions the growth and development of Black talent, and Exchange encourages mentorship and professional development. Together, these employee-led communities help create an environment where employees feel supported, heard, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
