It’s now easier to complete the Request for Funds (RFF) in Lender Lawyer Connect® (LLC), with enhancements designed to help users within your transaction and keep your work moving.
Users can add trust account and pickup branch information without navigating away from the transaction. The updates are designed to reduce extra steps and create a more streamlined experience from start to finish.
Manage trust accounts without leaving your transaction
With the updated trust account functionality, legal professionals can now add a trust account directly within the RFF workflow.*
Previously, users who needed to add an account had to leave the transaction, go to My Profile, add the information, and then return to their deal. With the enhancement, they can complete this step while staying within the transaction they’re working on.
Applicable trust accounts are also presented within the workflow, making it easier to find and select the account you need — without navigating away from your transaction.
Add pickup branch information within the RFF workflow
The experience of adding pickup branch information is also being simplified.
Users will be able to add pickup branch information directly within the RFF process rather than navigating away from the page. Once added, the pickup branch information will be stored in the user’s profile for future use.
Fewer steps, a smoother workflow
By bringing more of what you need directly into the RFF workflow, these enhancements reduce unnecessary navigation and help you stay focused on the transaction being completed.
It’s another way we’re making the Lender Lawyer Connect® experience simpler and easier to use.
