As FCT’s Vice President, legal and compliance, Rob manages oversight on corporate legal affairs, litigation, as well as the claims and underwriting functions. As our Chief Privacy Officer, Rob has also taken on leadership of privacy initiatives here at FCT.
Rob has over 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial lending, global consumer banking, and financial services regulatory matters, both in the U.S.A. and Canada. That expertise helps him balance creating innovative offerings for our customers while navigating evolving privacy, data governance and regulatory needs.
That same sense of balance makes Rob a flexible and accountable leader. He enjoys taking on new challenges with his team, while ensuring that FCT meets the highest standards in compliance and privacy.
Outside of work, Rob gives back to his community as an active volunteer board and committee member of the Oakville Community Foundation, as well as a number of professional industry associations.
