Jas brings more than 20 years of experience leading technology and business transformation across the financial services and insurance industries. His expertise spans cloud transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital platforms, enterprise architecture, and technology operations.
Throughout his career, Jas has led complex modernization initiatives, aligning technology strategy with business priorities to deliver meaningful outcomes. His collaborative, people-focused leadership approach reflects a commitment to building high-performing teams and empowering others to succeed.
Jas also served as chair of the NPower Canada Industry Council at TD, supporting the organization’s mission to help young people launch meaningful careers in technology through skills training, internships, and employment opportunities.
