If you still need to enroll, take a minute to do that here. After you’ve enrolled and obtained your login ID and password, you can use your credentials to access all of your FCT products and services. Follow the steps below to begin.
Set up your profile
Your FCT profile is a central location to update your contact information and manage your account preferences. Login to your account through FCT online ordering, select a product, and navigate to ‘Profile’ from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Law clerks, legal assistants and conveyancers can order residential and commercial title insurance after obtaining their credentials, however if they require access to all of a lawyer/notary’s current and historical files they must be assigned as a delegate first.
Law clerks, legal assistants and conveyancers must be setup as a delegate.
To set up delegation: Login to the portal and navigate to ‘Profile’. Then select ‘Delegated Authority’ from the left hand menu. A lawyer/notary must be the one to set up delegation through their online profile. Alternatively, they may also call or email FCT with the name of the individual that they wish to set up as a delegate.
To set deal notification preferences: Login to the portal and navigate to ‘Profile’. Then select ‘Notification Preferences’ from the left hand menu.
