Vandana, along with her team, oversees FCT’s workforce planning, organizational design and total rewards functions. In addition, she is accountable for bringing FCT’s talent and culture enabling strategies to life. She is also a key proponent of a culture of inclusion, and an environment of collaboration and acceptance in the workplace.
Since joining FCT in 2016, Vandana has contributed to our company’s success in a number of meaningful ways, as she took on greater accountabilities in various HR leadership roles.
She supported the redesign of FCT’s organizational structure and led the evolution of FCT’s HR department. She has implemented several corporate policies and procedures that position us well with our customers and regulators.
Vandana has also spearheaded cross-border programs to support various business groups during the height of resource shortages. She has always provided sound guidance and advice to leaders, especially during unique and challenging circumstances.
Vandana believes in building strong relationships and taking a strategic approach to evolving company culture. She is also an active volunteer with the Halton chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association. Her insights, experience and expertise make her a valued member of the executive team at FCT.
