Ian Fitzner-LeBlanc leads product development and strategy for FCT’s residential and commercial main street lines of business.


In his 15 years with the company, Ian has been at the core of several key initiatives at FCT, including the expansion of our E&O offerings, and the launch of Client ID Verification. His vision of FCT is as a leader in market innovation and customer experience, which he works towards with a people-first approach to development.


Known and respected for his servant leadership style, Ian has never forgotten his start in sales, and knows the tools and resources his team needs to help FCT’s customers succeed. Outside of work, Ian is an avid curler, enjoys coaching youth sports and is a former volunteer coach with Nova Scotia Special Olympics.
