Our culture of inclusion

At FCT, inclusion is foundational to how we work and how we grow. When we foster a culture that enables the full potential of our workforce, it supports stronger performance and collaboration—an organic expression of our we’re invested philosophy.

Our organization is made up of more than 1,000 individuals, each bringing unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths. This diversity is a core part of who we are. In our most recent employee feedback, 94% of employees reported feeling they are treated fairly, regardless of age, race, gender, or sexual orientation.

Pride at Work Canada
Through our partnership with Pride at Work Canada, FCT continues to build a workplace that supports employees of all gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations. This partnership supports inclusion through education and conversation and helps expand the reach of FCT job opportunities through Pride at Work’s job board.

FCT partners with CCDI to provide employees with access to educational resources, including webinars, newsletters, and research materials. These tools support ongoing learning and help strengthen our foundation of inclusion across the organization.
Black North Connect
Black North Connect
FCT partners with Black North Connect, a platform that provides access to internships, job postings, mentorship opportunities, and educational funding for members of the Black community. This partnership supports broader outreach and helps expand FCT’s candidate pool in support of workforce diversity.

FCT employee resource group

We strive to create inclusive spaces at FCT where employees feel supported, heard, and connected. Our five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are made up of employees who share a common background, interest, or purpose, as well as allies who support these communities. Together, ERG members represent a cross-section of our business, bringing diverse perspectives and lived experiences that help inform learning, connection, and engagement across FCT.

PridePlus
PridePlus supports employees who are members of, or allies to, the LGBTQ2S+ community. The group focuses on increasing visibility, education, and understanding within FCT, while fostering meaningful connections internally and with external LGBTQ2S+ organizations.

The Black Employee Resource Group aims to inspire, empower, and advocate for the growth and enrichment of Black talent at FCT. BE focuses on education, engagement, and initiatives that support recruitment, retention, awareness, and celebration.
