As Chief Revenue Officer, Marco De Paolis leads FCT’s national sales, marketing, and customer experience teams. He champions strategic alignment across these functions to drive operational efficiency, accelerate growth, and deliver enhanced value to FCT’s customers and partners. 

Marco brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services and insurance industries, with a proven track record of achieving results through collaborative, customer-centric strategies. 

Outside of work, Marco enjoys spending time with his family—travelling, bike riding, and cheering on the TFC.
