Property Valuation Indemnity Insurance (PVII)

This exclusive and innovative insurance product assists lenders in reducing property valuation risk. We’re the first company in Canada to offer property valuation indemnity insurance and got approval from the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) in 2009.

This solution combines the best elements of valuation technology with the expertise of a qualified appraiser for a time efficient and accurate appraisal. Our technology combines approximately 250 data points with industry recognized confidence scores. The results are communicated to lenders within 4 hours. This product can be enhanced with the addition of photos or interior/exterior inspections.

Desktop/Drive-By Appraisal

Complete more appraisals in a day with the added efficiencies we provide. FCT’s appraisers are given information from reliable third-party sources, and FCT approved field technicians can help to expedite the drive-by appraisal process.

Full Appraisal

This option provides a market value based on measurements, interior and exterior inspection, photos, and supporting analysis of relevant information. FCT approved field technicians may be used to expedite the appraisal request.
