OAKVILLE, June 2, 2020 – FCT, the national leading technology and service provider in real estate, today announced it has been recognized as one of this year’s Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness by the Great Place to Work® Institute. This is the first time that FCT has received this honour.
FCT earned recognition as a leader in mental wellness due to its unwavering support for employees’ physical and mental health. In recent years, FCT has launched several well-being initiatives to help employees navigate life’s stressors. FCT has also partnered with leading organizations to help educate employees on mental wellness, including the United Way and the Canadian Mental Health Association.

To be eligible for the Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness list, organizations must have been Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year and have at least 75 per cent of employees agree their workplace is psychologically and emotionally healthy. Great Place to Work® determined the final selection of eligible companies based on an overall Mental Wellness Index score, comprised of employees’ survey and questionnaire results and a thorough and independent analysis of the range and quality of programs that encourage mental wellness.
