As chief operating officer, and vice president of customer experience and default solutions, Lori is responsible for driving FCT’s customer-centric culture and operations strategy.
In her more than 25 years at FCT, Lori has brought passion and commitment to every aspect of her work, as well as hands-on experience with many of FCT’s lines of business. A continuous learner, she uses her deep knowledge of the industry to inform her judgement and talent for taking calculated risk.
As a leader, Lori is known for her strategic foresight, and her ability to build successful teams. She focuses on the customer experience by mentoring and developing the talent around her, infusing them with her passion for seeing every problem from the customer’s point of view. Lori empowers and challenges her teams to excel within a supportive environment that encourages their personal and professional growth.
