Company recognized for inclusive culture
OAKVILLE, February 6, 2020 – FCT, the national leader in real estate technology, today announced the company earned a spot on the 2020 list of Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion, after an analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. Last year, FCT was named one of the “Top 50 Best Workplaces” by the Great Place to Work® Institute, marking its fifth year in a row on the prestigious list.

The list of Best Workplaces for Inclusion™ is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year and at least 90 percent of employees must agree they are treated fairly, regardless of personal characteristics (such as gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation). Recipients were chosen based on employee responses to inclusion-related survey questions.
