FCT Recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute as One of the Top 50 Best Workplaces in Canada
OAKVILLE, ONTARIO, April 27, 2017 – The Great Place to Work® Institute has named FCT* one of the “Top 50 Best Workplaces” in Canada for the third consecutive year as part of its 2017 Best Workplaces list. FCT remains the first and only title insurance company to make the “Top 50 Best Workplaces” list and has steadily risen up the list, ranking 21 out of 50. In addition, FCT was named one of the “Top 50 Best Workplaces for Women” in Canada for the second year, moving up seven spots to 35 out of 50.
FCT was selected among hundreds of companies vying for a place on the list this year. Applicant companies must participate in an employee survey and respond to an in-depth questionnaire about their programs and company practices that is closely evaluated by the Great Place to Work Institute.
FCT has been recognized as one of the “Top 50 Best Workplaces” in Canada under the Large and Multinational category and a “Top 50 Best Workplace for Women” because of its commitment to building an environment where all employees have the opportunity to be great.
