As many of you are aware, several provincial governments have released a list of essential services that will remain open during the COVID-19 pandemic and we want to reassure you that FCT is still operating during this time. We remain committed to providing a consistent level of service while supporting the health and safety of our customers, partners and employees.

We continue to closely monitor the situation and adhere to our Pandemic Response Plan and Business Continuity Plan. We have strong measures and technological infrastructure in place to ensure the integrity of our critical processes and minimize disruption and the potential impact on our business. The majority of our workforce has been working remotely in recent weeks and will continue so long as municipal, provincial, and/or federal governments recommend doing so.

For our legal community, we are operational and continue to adapt by any means necessary to continue to manage this difficult time. We remain in a strong position to continue to deliver the highest quality of service to all of our customers and partners; 100% of our ordering methods, including by phone, are available to you.
