Identification Document Required For Private Lender Deals

Changes to the identification document required when ordering title insurance for private lender deals.

Effective immediately, when identification is requested as part of the underwriting process for private lender transactions, we require a clear colour copy of photo identification. We will no longer accept photocopies or scanned copies of black and white identification documents to underwrite the deal.
