OAKVILLE, ONTARIO April 25, 2012, – Patrick Chetcuti, President of FCT Insurance Company Ltd, (FCT) Canada’s leading provider of title insurance and parent company of DRN, today announced the retirement of Wayne McLeish, Founder and CEO of DRN Commerce Inc. (DRN), and the appointment of a new CEO at DRN, Todd Skinner.

Under Wayne’s leadership, DRN grew from a start up business in London, Ontario to a
175‐person operation providing North America’s most widely used collaborative default
management technology system. The company also has been recognized with many accolades and reached many milestones. In 2004, DRN was awarded the prestigious Bell Canada Innovation Technology Award by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. In 2008, DRN was recognized as the 4th best employer on the list of the Top 25 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada by the Globe & Mail. Today DRN Commerce has 4,000 users and manages over $14B in debt on any given day.
With Wayne’s retirement effective July 15, 2012, FCT is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Skinner as CEO of DRN Commerce effective May 7, 2012. Todd brings two decades of experience in finance, credit and lending services and joins DRN from his most recent position as Chief Credit Officer, Retail Banking and Wealth Management at HSBC Bank Canada. Todd also serves as member of the Board of Advisory at Equifax Canada and a member of the Board of Directors of ABC Literacy. During their transition period, Wayne and Todd will meet with clients to ensure a seamless continuity of service excellence.
