In his new role, Budhwa will oversee all legal matters for FCT, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, privacy, claims, underwriting, intellectual property, and litigation. He will also be responsible for leading the legal team and advising executive leadership. Budhwa brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in corporate law, compliance, and governance to the role.
