FCT’s Platinum Service broker survey
FCT’s Platinum Service broker survey was conducted using an online data collection software. The survey was emailed to 178 delegates of which 80 responses were received. A response rate higher than the industry standard of 25% was achieved. The survey ran for a two‐week period from November 29 to December 13, 2011.
