New executive role unites sales, marketing and customer experience to further enhance customer and partner relationships
OAKVILLE, November 6, 2025 – FCT, Canada’s leading provider of title insurance and real estate technology, today announced the appointment of Marco De Paolis as chief revenue officer. In this role, De Paolis leads FCT’s national sales, marketing and customer experience functions, aligning them under one vision to continually innovate and enhance the value FCT delivers to its customers and partners.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and leadership, De Paolis brings a wealth of expertise and a data-driven approach.

DePaolis holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, BA in Political Science and Economics from York University, and a Big Data Certification from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business.
