Strong workplaces are built on clear leadership, open communication, and a shared commitment to working well together. At FCT, those principles guide how teams collaborate across the organization and how leaders engage with colleagues every day.

That approach was recognized once again when FCT was named to the 2026 Best Workplaces™ with Most Trusted Executive Teams list by the Great Place to Work Institute® for the third consecutive year.

This recognition is earned through the results of the 2025Great Place to Work survey. According to survey findings, over 90 per cent of FCT employees reported having a great deal of confidence in the judgement of the organization’s executive team.

“I am truly humbled to share that FCT has been named on the2026 Best Workplaces with Most Trusted Executive Teams™ list by the Great Place to Work Institute® for the third consecutive year,” said Michael LeBlanc, chief executive officer of FCT.

In his message, LeBlanc acknowledged the role colleagues across the organization play in shaping FCT’s workplace culture.

He continued, “On behalf of the entire executive team, thank you. You have our commitment that we will continue to build and strengthen trust through meaningful, human connections across the organization.”

Insights drawn from the survey highlight the strength of the working relationship between FCT’s leadership and teams across the organization, reinforcing how collaboration and engagement support shared progress.

As FCT looks ahead, this recognition serves as a reflection of how people across the organization work together. It reinforces a continued focus on partnership, connection, and the relationships that shape FCT’s culture for the year ahead and beyond.
