Already used by over 40 lenders, and with over 23,000 lawyers and notaries across Canada subscribed to the platform, LLC is a secure, web-based platform that helps legal professionals receive mortgage instructions, manage funding and reporting workflows, exchange documents, and communicate with lenders throughout the transaction process.
LLC brings key components of the mortgage instruction process together in one centralized platform, helping reduce administrative complexity and streamline communication between lenders and legal professionals.
Through integrations with multiple conveyancing platforms, LLC also provides greater flexibility for legal professionals managing mortgage transactions across different systems and lender relationships.
