Building community at work: FCT’s ERG Fair showcases inclusion in action.

At FCT, inclusion isn’t just a value — it’s something we live every day. One of the ways we bring that to life is through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which create spaces for connection, support, and shared purpose across the organization.

On October 23, employees had the opportunity to explore FCT’s five ERGs at our ERG Fair, where each group hosted a booth to share their mission, activities, and ways they foster belonging at work. The event was designed to spark conversations, build awareness, and celebrate the vibrant communities that make FCT a great place to work.

What Are ERGs?

FCT’s ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups formed around shared interests, backgrounds, or lived experiences. They welcome all employees and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth, peer support, and community engagement. Each group plays a unique role in advancing inclusion and helping employees feel seen, heard, and valued.

Here’s a look at the five ERGs featured at the fair:

Black Excellence (BE)

BE inspires, empowers, and advocates for the personal and professional enrichment of Black talent across FCT. Through mentorship, networking, and open dialogue, BE creates space to celebrate contributions, address barriers, and promote allyship.

Exchange

Exchange is a network of relationship-driven professionals focused on continuous learning, mentorship, and career development. The group fosters meaningful connections and supports the future success of FCT through shared experiences and growth.

Mosaic

Mosaic is FCT’s hub for celebrating diversity and fostering inclusion. Through workshops, roundtables, and cultural events, Mosaic brings employees together to share perspectives, build understanding, and create a workplace where everyone feels they belong.

Pride Plus

Pride Plus creates a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, the group empowers individuals to bring their authentic selves to work and drive positive change across the organization.

Thrive

Thrive advocates for employee well-being through open, non-judgmental conversations, events, and learning opportunities. The group promotes awareness around mental health and wellness, encouraging a culture of care and support.

A Culture That Lives Its Values

The ERG Fair was more than an event — it was a reflection of FCT’s commitment to building an inclusive workplace where everyone belongs. By supporting these groups, we’re investing in our people and creating space for meaningful dialogue, connection, and growth.

While ERGs are open to FCT employees only, we’re proud to share how they contribute to our culture and help us live our values every day.
