    I want to know neighbour tree encroaching your property is covered under the title insurance policy.

      Hi Hamid,
      The only way to get a formal coverage position for a claim is to submit one. Details on how to submit a claim can be found on this section of our website. There is no specific coverage in a title insurance policy for encroaching trees. The policy covers claims of adverse possession (aka squatter’s rights) against your title but again, the only way to get a formal coverage position for a claim is to submit one.
