Broker Tracker Enhancements

The FCT Broker Tracker platform first launched in 2019 to provide our broker partners with an efficient and effective way to stay on top of their deals.
We are excited to announce that we have made it better than ever. With Broker Tracker, users can track their deals, receive real-time alerts, and connect with our service experts all with a single click. As with the mobile app where users receive push notifications when a note is added, or a milestone has been added, now, users on the portal will receive emails when a note or milestone is added. The alert will always appear in the “Action Required” tab until you have reviewed it.*
The portal also offers a “delegate” feature which allows you to add administrators or co-brokers who can help with the administration of your deals.
You also have access to immediate assistance when needed from one of our service experts via the updated Contact Us page and instant access to a useful FAQ.
